Track your rides with Cycling Log!

Record your workouts and recovery days with Cycling Log, and see your history and trends on the visual calendar and summary.

To log a ride, touch any calendar day. Then record:
* distance (km/mi)
* duration (hours:minutes:seconds)
* effort level
* group rides
* recovery days
* freeform notes
* type of ride: base miles, indurance, hill, interval, lactate threshold, race

Associated icons appear on the calendar to give you a clear picture of your workout trends. View weekly or monthly totals below the calendar.

A summary screen provides statistics for the current month and grand total, and includes a scrollable list of all notes and data entered to date. Weekly and monthly statistics are automatically computed for distance, duration and average speed.

Whether youre a pro or a casual rider, Cycling Log is an invaluable tool to help you stick to your goals and track your progress.

Some benefits of using Cycling Log:
* Make yourself accountable for each day
* See changes and improvements over time

Pros and cons of Cycling Log app for iPhone and iPad

Cycling Log app good for

For a recreational rider who simply wants to track their mileage and add a few notes this is a great app. I love it. Could use a few more fields for average speed, max speed etc or a few custome fields. Otherwise this app is well worth the money
I dont buy many apps but I was using a sheet set up in excel and as I am not that conversant with excel I tried this app and was surprised to learn it kept all the info I was keeping and did it easier, love this app
Great! A little more tweaking for a five. Categories for intervals, distance, tempo and lactate threshold. You already have hills. Icon for each that you can see on the calendar.
Love the app. I am glad you changed the time entry method, but agree with the hills comment. What constitutes a "hill?" One mans hill... And, while the effort level scale is nice, it is fairly subjective. How about an average speed field?
I love this application! It is very simple to use and makes keeping the basic Cycling Log information simple... and its always at your fingertips! I really like how the calendar looks, and how weekly and monthly totals are available so readily. A feature that is present with this ap (and should be present in all aps that are "logs") is the ability to simply export the data to your email as text or a CSV file. The developers are also eager to receive feedback and have lots more in store for this ap. I cant wait!
When entering miles such as 45.4 the result will show 45.39. Also average speed is low by 2 - 3 MPH.

Some bad moments

Originally 5 stars!! This was one of my favorite most simple functional apps. But now since last iOS update the app will no longer export all logs through email any longer. So only use the app if you trust all the info to always stay there.Useless as a way to keep and track logging in database.
Simple, concise, minimalist. That is the definition of a good app. There are features any rider could use/want for this. But then feature bloat becomes a factor. As it is now, a very good app.
I loved it at 1st & wouldve given *****. But i co out cycling more than once a day,but can only put 1 data entry a day. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON. OR I WILL DELETE IT!!!
I bought this app back in July of 2009. It was exactly what I needed to keep track of my rides. Back then, before, I carried a small notebook and pencil. This app didnt have all that I needed or wanted in a "Cycling Log" app, but it had the market and had potential to really grow. As with so many of the rest of these reviewiers, I offered up plenty of free ideas that this app would have benefited from. And, at first, the company responded to a few of those suggestions. But the last release was almost 19 months ago. Whatever Winkpass Creations is working on it is not their Cycling Log - they dont care about it or the cycling market it represents. DO NOT BUY THIS APP - until Winkpass presents a new version applicable to the most basic information capabilitiesof current cycling computers. And a shout-out to all App developers. This market is wide open for a new app. Maybe a log book with a simple (low power) background GPS that automatically logs rolling data leaving the user to only enter notes and take pictures.
Does not have option to put calories, pulse, or average speed. Do not waste your time and money. Do not buy it .
Has not been updated in years. Developers have long forgotten about this app.
